LINCE，是一种重量更轻便的网络安全认证ICT产品。西班牙率先实施了自己的监管框架和网络安全评估计划，为今后由《网络安全法》衍生出来的各种网络安全相关的欧盟范围适用的法规做准备。

LINCE, a lighter-weight Cybersecurity certification for ICT products. Spain has been a pioneer in implementing its own regulatory fr amework and cybersecurity assessment scheme in preparation for future EU-wide regulations derived from the Cybersecurity Act.

为了验证ICT产品的安全性，LINCE为制造商提供了一种比公共标准更实惠、更轻便的替代方案。该方案是专为具有中级安全要求的产品而设计的。

For certifying the security of ICT products, LINCE offers manufacturers a more affordable and lighter-weight alternative to Common Criteria. The scheme is especially designed for products with medium-level security requirements.
