关于欧盟2018年1月10日发出的《关于英国退欧及欧盟对工业产品领域的相关规定》（以下简称“规定”），Intertek在此做出承诺，我们所有业务都正常进行，将一如既往的帮助客户将产品销往英国和欧洲市场。

英国退欧之后，关于英国和欧盟之间的诸多细节仍在商讨之中，但无论结果如何，均不会对Intertek的服务产生影响。Intertek将充分利用在瑞典、法国等欧洲其他发证机构的服务网络、同时积极协调以保持英国发证机构的原有能力和资质。我们确保在2019年3月规定生效之前，做好所有必要的协调和变更工作，帮助所有客户满足新规定的要求，消除对客户的影响。

Intertek customer update regarding Brexit

 JANUARY 2018 - Intertek would like toreassure our customers that it remains business as usual for the work Intertekis delivering for them, as we continue to ensure access for their products tothe UK and EU markets.

There are clearly many detailsstill to be decided in relation to Brexit and the new relationship between theUK and EU. However, whatever those decisions are, we expect that Intertek willcontinue to be in a position to respond fully to all of our customers' needs.This includes the delivery of Notified Body services and certifications foraccess to the EU market.

Our aim is to retain ourcapability and capacity in the UK and also to leverage and develop our existingnotified body network in other EU member states, to ensure all customercertification requirements can be met, any necessary changes to processes areimplemented as smoothly as possible and provision is made for a transferprocess before the 29 March 2019 deadline.
